Processing & Shipping

There are 3 different shipping methods available: Standard, 2-Day Shipping, and Next Day Air. 2-Day Shipping and Next Day Air are guaranteed if ordered by 2PM EST. If they do not arrive on time, we will reimburse the shipping costs. For standard shipping, we process orders as quickly as possible. Many times, this means we process the order same day or next day. However, we only guarantee shipping in 5-7 business days from the order date. If you need something by a specific date please contact us and we will give you the processing time to ship your order by standard mail.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems or questions about your order.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom orders. However, please contact us if there is an issue.

Conditions of return

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
